Piemaking: Chicken Pot Pies
This year, Lisa is bringing the art of the Chicken Pot Pie to Green Box for the first time. She can’t wait to teach you the all butter pie dough for a lattice crust chicken pot pie and additionally practice the art of making pie with a fruit galette. Students will depart this class with a take-and-bake chicken pot pie!
