Inspired by Dan Buttener’s book The Blue Zones, create a colorful palate of seasonal Mediterranean inspired ingredients sourced from local Colorado purveyors including honey, cheeses, bread, hummus, herbs and spices.  Taught by our Farm Market curator Karin Ellis, leave this 2-hour class with a beautifully designed and delicious board that you can share with friends over a glass of your favorite beverage.
