Colorado Springs Youth Symphony: Sounds of Summer Orchestra

Every two years, the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association hosts the Sounds of Summer Orchestra, an intergenerational community orchestra composed of current and former members, as well as private teachers, coaches and performing parents.  The group comes together to share the joy of music making, learning music from stage, screen and popular selections from the classical repertoire, culminating in this performance at Green Box.  The Sounds of Summer Orchestra is a visible representation of the Youth Symphony motto:  Through music we are one!
