Green Box Arts Camps Scholarship Form

Green Box Arts Camps welcomes scholarship applications from any family. We are proud to offer our camps at a significantly lower cost than comparable programs as a service to our community. This year, we will provide up to 20 partial scholarships, allowing families to register at the reduced rate of $250 (or $125 for the one -week camp) on a first‑come, first‑served basis. In addition, we will provide up to 10 scholarships which reduces the registration fee to $50.  These camps are generously underwritten by the Kirkpatrick Family Fund. In order to honor this support, we expect all participating families to be responsible stewards of these resources and to ensure that children who would not otherwise have access to summer camps are able to fully participate each day. Please note: If a child is absent for any reason other than illness—such as family travel, visiting relatives, or early departures for weekend plans—the scholarship will be forfeited. Families who forfeit a scholarship for non‑illness absences will not be eligible for future scholarship consideration. Please complete this form to request financial assistance for this year’s Summer Arts Camps. Responses will be kept confidential and used only to support scholarship decisions. All information submitted will be treated as confidential and will not be shared outside the organization except as required for scholarship review and administration.

Participation Commitment
Families who receive a scholarship must commit to full participation in the selected camp, including all scheduled days. The dates for each camp are as follows: Clowning Around in the Woods runs Wednesday, June 3 through Friday, June 5, and Monday, June 8 through Friday, June 12; Arts Camp runs Tuesday, June 16 through Friday, June 19, and Tuesday, June 23 through Friday, June 26; and Float Camp runs Monday, June 29 through Saturday, July 4. Please note that attendance on July 4 is required and is considered an essential part of the Float Camp experience. Partial attendance is not possible. We understand that illness or emergencies may arise. In such cases, families must notify us as soon as possible. While exceptions may be considered for unforeseen illness or emergency, scholarships are awarded with the expectation of full attendance.
Application Status
I understand that submitting this scholarship application does not register my child for camp, and I agree not to complete registration or payment until I receive confirmation from the Camp Director.
