
Fitness Class with LaDonna Reed
Join acclaimed fitness instructor, LaDonna Reed, of Get Movin’ Personal Training. All fitness levels welcome to actively train and be guided in a fun and challenging outdoor workout. This is a full body session, toning legs, arms and abs. All fitness equipment will be provided. Bring your own exercise mat/ yoga mat and water bottle for hydration. We will strengthen low back and hips to alleviate sciatic pain and learn new exercises you can do in your own home.
Attend either or both fitness sessions and receive free admission to LaDonna’s Eating Habits You Do Want presentation, a 45-minute session designed for participants to learn tools for healthy eating and weight loss. Come learn what foods can improve your health, reduce disease risk factors and provide you energy throughout the day. You’ll learn how much water you should be drinking, lean protein sources and how to change up your fruit and vegetable intake.
