Colorado Ballet presents Groove Together: A Family Dance Party!

Everyone from toddlers to grandparents will get their groove on with easy, fun movement and music that gets the whole family moving. This is a lively, interactive experience that promotes fitness, creativity, and quality time together!  No experience needed to participate, and you are encouraged to come with family and friends, or just bring yourself and make new friends in this class.  Seated movement options will be provided for those who feel more comfortable flexing their dancing muscles from a chair.  Strengthen your brain and body connection through intentional movement and have fun getting creative together!
