Hand Pies are a fantastic way to learn or even perfect the art of pie crusts.  You will be filling your hand pies with really tasty fruit fillings, to be taken home to bake in your own oven. (You’ll also go home with a “pie kit” so you can keep on baking on!) Gaining confidence or learning a new skill that you might once have thought daunting is empowering. As Julia Child says, “We’ll have so much fun doing it too!” Bring a friend or family member or make some new friends. There is no failing in pie class:  Only students who leave feeling proud of their new found or improved skills that they can share with those they love.  Yes.  Pie is love and love is best when shared.
