Sweet & Savory Hand Pies with Lisa Huizenga

Hand pies are single-serve pies that can take the form of a rustic galette, an empanada, and/or turnover.  Of course, you will need to start the class sampling what you will be making; maybe even with a scoop of ice cream!  Participants will perfect crust- making skills, and fill  homemade crusts with both sweet and savory fillings.  You will go home with an assortment of hand pies to either bake right away or freeze for later enjoyment.
