The Cultivate Session: Building Connected Communities

• What is a Cultivate Session? This multi-sensory, multi-art session explores connection and belonging through collective and individual practices that emphasize the centering of one’s own imagination and the act of creating as a practice for healing and uniting, building connected communities.
• Participants will cultivate connection and belonging through lively conversation as well as guided, embodied practices that include movement, writing, and expressive improvisation that creates space for individual reflection and collective community-building.
• Who is a Cultivate Session for? For community members interested in furthering their understanding of connectedness and belonging as key components of their professional wellbeing and success.
