Why do I need to create an account?
Creating an account allows for a seamless checkout process and makes it easier to buy tickets in the future. It also allows us to send you important updates about events.
Why am I seeing a different name when I log in?
When we updated our ticketing system, we moved over the names of all participants under each account. One of those participants may show as the main account name instead of your name. Call 719-465-3065 and we can get the correct name in place.
What if I have multiple email addresses or don't remember what email I used?
You can try using the password reset link with the email addresses you think you might have used or you can call us at 719-465-3065 and we can let you know what address we have on file.
