covid & refund policies

If you should need to cancel prior to 60 days before the start of the retreat (5/6/22), you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment. Should you need to cancel on or after the balance payment deadline, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full.

We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or need to leave the retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

We understand that this is a sensitive time in the world and we will make an exception to the cancellation policy above for anyone who tests positive for COVID-19. A doctor’s note or proof of a positive test must be provided to receive a full payment refund before the retreat start date. 

*In the unexpected event of the retreat being postponed or rescheduled due to COVID-19, guests will have the opportunity to shift their deposits to a future retreat or receive a full refund. We do not anticipate there will be a postponement of the retreat. Your $500 retreat deposit is, in all other cases, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
