Green Box Terms & COnditions

Green Box is committed to creating an inclusive, joyful, and inspiring arts experience for all. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, the following terms and policies apply to all events, programs, and activities. By reserving or purchasing a ticket, or attending any Green Box event, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies:

Ticket policies

  • Tickets: Tickets should be purchased directly through the official Green Box website (greenboxarts.org), in person, or over the phone at the Green Box Box Office.

  • Non-refundable:  All ticket sales are final. No refunds, except in the case of event cancellation.

  • Exchanges: When possible, Green Box may offer ticket exchanges for a different date and/or time of the same event, subject to availability.

  • Ticket Limits: Green Box may limit the number of tickets purchased per person, account, or household for select events.

Event experience and conditions

  • Weather:  Green Box events take place rain or shine. Colorado weather can be unpredictable — we recommend dressing in layers and being prepared for sun, wind, and sudden changes. In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, programming may be delayed, relocated, or canceled. Updates will be shared on our website, and cancellations communicated via email or telephone.

  • Risk & Liability: Attendance at Green Box events is voluntary and at your own risk. By participating, guests assume all risks related to outdoor activities, uneven surfaces, weather, and natural terrain. Green Box and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your visit.

  • Photography & Media: By attending a Green Box event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for any and all promotional purposes, without compensation.

Accessibility 

Green Box is committed to accessibility for all guests:

  • Venue Conditions: Some events are held in outdoor, natural, or uneven settings. Reasonable accommodations can be arranged with advance notice.

  • Assistance: Please contact our Guest Services team at info@greenboxarts.org or 719.465.3065 at least 72 hours in advance to arrange for accessible seating, ASL
    interpretation, or other services.

Festival etiquette

  • Late Arrivals: Attendees arriving late may be admitted at the discretion of event staff.

  • Prohibited Items: Please contact our Guest Services team at info@greenboxarts.org or 719.465.3065 at least 72 hours in advance to arrange for accessible seating, ASL
    interpretation, or other services.

  • Pets: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome at any of our outdoors event. Only service animals are allowed at indoor venues, including the Green Mountain Falls Skyspace.

  • Behavior: Guests exhibiting disruptive or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
